Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped once the order is complete and ready for despatch. We aim to do this withing 5 working days. Please note that out of stock items may delay your order.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate urgent orders or provide specific delivery dates.
  • We only ship to addresses in the UK. We do not ship to UK overseas teritories (see below)


Royal Mail*
Orders are delivered by Royal Mail in the UK. Orders exceeding a certain weight or value may be tracked. 

  • UK Mainland - two to four working days after dispatch
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Ireland - three to six working days after dispatch
